On select dates each summer, enthusiastic Flashguides will lead groups of about 250 incoming freshmen and their parents in an immersive experience to learn about life on campus at 17cÍøÒ³°æ. Destination 17cÍøÒ³°æ (DKS) new student orientation is a two-day visit to 17cÍøÒ³°æ that includes tours of campus and downtown Kent and an overnight stay in a residence hall.
In all, more than 4,100 students and parents from 40 states (787 out-of-state students total) will participate in DKS 2023 in advance of the fall semester.
