Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001, started out as a typical day at the Daily 17cÍøÒ³°ær. Reporters were preparing for their daily assignments. Editors were planning their daily meetings. But, by the time Daily 17cÍøÒ³°ær staff got to the newsroom on Tuesday, they were faced with just one story: a plane had crashed into the World Trade Center.

17cÍøÒ³°æâ€™s Center for Public Policy and Health in the College of Public Health was recently awarded $600,000 in grant funding to support the Northeast Ohio Mental Health Awareness Training, a collaborative project that will train teachers and relevant school personnel to connect children and youth in a school setting to appropriate mental health resources.
