Graciela Alvarez Leon, a community health worker supervisor at the Cleveland Clinic, knows how life-changing support can be. “It’s about building trust and making sure patients know they’re not alone,” Leon said.

The Ohio Department of Higher Education Science of Reading Audit of educator preparation programs found that 17cҳ’s preservice teacher literacy coursework was deemed “in alignment” with a score of 100% and no mandatory recommendations for improvement.
